Dr. Akilah Cadet, MPH|Project Director

Dr. Cadet has 15 years in management and building successful projects, teams, and leaders in the public and private sectors. She has worked on federal, state, and privately funded multimillion-dollar projects ranging from public health/healthcare to education. She has spent an extensive part of her career designing training, coaching executives, and informing systematic change to improve the workforce experience for large organizations like the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Dr. Cadet holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education in Community Based Public Health, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctorate of Health Sciences in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Her consulting firm, Change Cadet, is the outside contractor that provides planning council organizational development, strategic planning, and support of the OTGA.

Lianne hope, MPH, MSW|Project Manager

Lianne is the owner of Hope Consulting Group, a small business that caters to community-based organizations and government agencies in the public health and behavioral health industries. Lianne specializes in project management, research, meeting facilitation, community engagement, and event planning. She has prior experience with managing consumer advisory boards within the HIV field, delivering direct behavioral health and case management services to clients who confronted mental illness and substance use, and fundraising for LGBTQ-related wellness programs. She holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from Boston University. Lianne is the lead project management contractor with Change Cadet.
