The Oakland TGA Planning Council is proud to announce our upcoming women's panel event: A Generational Perspective on Women's Health! Panelists will discuss issues including sexual and reproductive health, social media, and healthcare across the generations. The goal of this symposium is to increase the uptake and implementation of PrEP services and increase/expand STD screening and treatment in Alameda County. Breakfast, lunch, and continuing education credit will be provided. The Summit will be held at the California Endowment. See details below.
1. List two success and two challenges in regards to Alameda County's current PrEP and STD landscape
2. Identify key priority populations experiencing health disparities in accessing PrEP services in Alameda County
3. Describe two trauma-informed implementation models or strategies that can expand/improve HIV prevention services at your agency
4. List at least two things you are going to do in the next 6 months to address disparities and increase access to PrEP, PEP and/or STD care
